The context
Trova connects players with soccer games near them: they pick a match, sign up, pay in the app and show up to play. Teams can also register and find opponents. With a community of more than 20,000 users, Trova brought in Wasyra as its technology partner to redesign the app and launch version 2.0 on both stores.

The challenge
A player decides in seconds whether to join a game: they need to know where, when, how much it costs and how many spots are left before signing up and paying.
Our approach
The app opens on the list of nearby games, with filters for time, distance, format and goalkeepers. Each match brings together the map, schedule, costs and participants, and sign-up and payment happen inside the same app.
What we prioritize
The main tab is the game list. Organizing a match and the player profile live in their own tabs, so finding a place to play stays the fastest task.
Product decisions

Nearby games, sorted by day
The list groups games into today, tomorrow and upcoming dates, with filters for time, distance, format and goalkeepers.

Everything you need before paying
Each match shows the field on a map, the date, the cost per player and per goalkeeper, and the open spots.

Teams and chat inside the match
Participants pick their spot on team A or B and coordinate over chat without leaving the match.
