Privacy policy

When you submit the contact form we collect: name, email, phone (optional), project type, project description, and budget range.

Browsing the site requires no sign-up and we use no advertising tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate and anonymously, without cookies or persistent identifiers.

Solely to answer your business inquiry and follow up on a potential work proposal. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Form messages are delivered to our inbox via Brevo (a transactional email provider). Both act as data processors under their own privacy policies.

We keep contact messages while the business conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship requires a longer period.

You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data by writing to dev@wasyra.com. We respond within the timeframes of Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
